Swadlincote ,Derbyshire,England held it’s annual switching on of the Christmas lights event combined with
Fireworks display and seasonal celebrations on 28th November,2008.
Focused around the Delph market area,a central stage provided the focus for performances from carol singers
from local schools in the Swadlincote area. Touch Fm radio station took care of proceedings which lasted all day.
A fair was present as well as numerous stalls adding to the festivities.The event proved once again a fantastic attraction
for the local community.This page celebrates this event with video,free images and image display with background music.
